Tuition and Fees

The tuition cost per hour of credit is $409. Courses are generally two or three credit hours, so the tuition cost for a class is approximately $800-$1200. There is also a $50 per course technology fee plus books (average book costs per course is $75). Most online students will be eligible for scholarships that will significantly reduce the cost per course.

How to Apply for Financial Aid
When applying for financial aid, here are things you should keep in mind.

File the FAFSA, even when you think you will not be eligible for a Pell Grant. You will need it to obtain a loan.

1. Submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid on the Web. Students can now download the application and/or apply online using their PIN. If you have not received a PIN in the mail, you may go to www.pin.ed.gov to apply. The FAFSA student Guide is also available online.

Free Will Baptist Bible College Institution Code is 030018

File the FAFSA at the same time you file your tax return. You will need information from your tax return to complete the FAFSA. Full-time status is not a requirement for federal aid.

Note: If you anticipate not filing a tax return, contact the Financial Aid Office staff for instructions.

Students may also qualify for additional grants or scholarships. Students may also benefit from income tax credits. FWBBC is also approved to use Veteran Benefits and Tuition Assistance.

Local Church Ministry Scholarship

The Local Church Ministry Scholarship (LCMS) is available to all non-traditional students who enroll in the online program. The LCMS is designed to assist adult learners who are consistently involved in ministry in their local church. The scholarship award may be up to 25% of tuition per course credit hour.

Applicants should submit a request for the LCMS to their online advisor when they enroll and must fill out the FAFSA application and provide the Verification of Church Ministry Form, documenting their official, local church role. The Verification of Local Church Ministry Form must be signed by the church clerk or pastor and mailed to Free Will Baptist Bible College by the church officer.

Free Will Baptist Ministers and FWBBC Alumni Scholarship

The Online Ministers and Alumni Scholarship (OMAS) is available to any ordained Free Will Baptist Minister (whether or not an alumnus of the college) or any FWBBC alumnus who enrolls in Online courses. Currently, the OMAS is $100 per online course. For students who have completed the FAFSA application, the scholarship will automatically be applied for any FWBBC alumnus who enrolls in Online courses. Free Will Baptist ministers will need to submit verification of their ordination when they apply for the scholarship.

Free Will Baptist Ministers who are also FWBBC alumni will receive an additional $25 per course discount with this scholarship.
